Initial Coaching Session with Me. During this time, I will personally review exactly what you are doing and how you are doing it. I will then apply my 25 years of experience of building phenomenally successful companies and my experience of working with business owners around the world and working with the world’s top business trainers to your business.
My experience is that I will find a number of things in the first session that can easily pay for the entire 3 month coaching experience!
Weekly Accountability Group Call. You will be assigned to the ONLY group I personally lead. In this group, we take your challenges and opportunities and flesh them out to keep you focused and implementing.
3 Months in The Howard Partridge Inner Circle. The Inner Circle is my coaching program where you get my proven systems and my latest and greatest strategies. Everything you need is there.

Our meetings will be half-days from 8am til noon, followed by a delicious upscale lunch, then we’re off to the beach (or the bay – depending on the Gulf situation). We will play together, learn together and share together in this restful, relaxing, tranquil environment. Finally, each evening you can choose to catch up with some of the members for dinner, or enjoy the Victorian style village of Seaside – the setting of The Truman Show starring Jim Carry.

Air
Panama City has a new international airport that is only 30 minutes away from Water-Color.
Ft. Walton Beach airport is about 45 minutes away.
Pensacola airport is about 1 hour and 45 minutes depending on traffic.
Hotels and Accommodations
Water Color Inn and Resorts has hotel rooms, homes and cottages and is right on the beach. It is next to Greyton Beach which is a 3.5 mile unspoiled state park beach.
Sugar Beach Inn is a quaint bed and breakfast that is a short bike ride away.
Garrett Realty can book you in one of the numerous condos that are close by as well.
Ground Transportation
Once you get to the resort, you will not need a car unless you want to go into Destin or sightseeing.
